Called today to ask for an expert opinion on my wife's ebike electrical problem. Spoke to Chris who listened while I explained the issue. Took a genuine interest. And...my wife bought this ebike online, not from him. Great guy without having met him in person. Took the time to help a stranger.

Had a great experience with Chris at Bethlehem Ebikes. He found my problem quickly and  came up with a working solution. He also converts normal bikes into ebikes. Saw some of his three wheelers. Amazing work. Would recommend him for any type of ebikes. The price is right too.
